Knowing tonight’s recipient the way I do, I feel confident that he or she was extremely involved to ensure that systems were in place to effectively render aid to those credit unions that were impacted. I understand that one credit union operated from credit union’s board room for a period of time.

Kathi began working for the credit union in May of 1981 as a head teller. Since then, she has held the positions of loan manager, branch manager, and now EVP.

She played an instrumental role in the growth and progress of the credit union, having overseen the entire operation for many years.

More recently, she successfully worked with staff and board, under the direction of the CEO, expanding the credit union charter to encompass the community, complete with a name change to fully address their new brand and direction.
