2019 SCMS Summer Session (July 7-17)

General Schedule (subject to change)

• Students are expected to attend all classes.
• Make up assignments for missed class time must be completed and approved before advancing to the next year.
• Week 1
  • Sunday
    • Dorm Move In 
    • Late afternoon - 1st Year Orientation
    • Early Evening - All Student Welcome Reception, Dinner & Orientation
  • Monday - Friday (Refer to course schedule for class times. The first week classes are dismissed at 3:30 on Friday. Please plan travel accordingly. Tuition includes student dorm room for duration of program. If traveling, it is OK to leave non-valuable items in dorm room over the middle weekend.)
    • Monday evening class dinners
    • Tuesday evening - planned student mixer event
• Week 2
  • Sunday -  Students return to campus
  • Monday - Wednesday (Refer to course schedule for class times.)
  • Tuesday Evening - Annual SCMS Alumni & Student Scholarship Auction & Networking Dinner
  • Wednesday Evening - Graduation (Graduating students dismissed at 11:30 am, other students 4:00 pm. All students are encouraged to attend graduation ceremonies.)
  • Thursday - Dorm Move Out (before 11 am)

Pre-Arrival Assignments are sent directly to students as assigned.

The 2018 Schedule is provided as a sample schedule while 2019 is underdevelopment.
