Howard currently serves as Assistant Vice President of OnBalance, a service of Credit Union Resources Inc. He has worked in the Financial Services Industry over 25 years. His experience includes assistant controller for a $250M financial institution, accountant for a $3.2B financial institution, and Financial Analyst & Project Manager/Instructor for the Office of Thrift Supervision.

Before joining OnBalance, Howard was a Financial Analyst for the Texas Credit Union League’s ALM Resources department where he provided analysis, commentary, and guidance for individual credit unions. He has also provided ALM consultation and training for management and staff of both the Barbados and Jamaica Co-operative Credit Union Leagues.

Howard earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Lubbock Christian University.
