When contacting faculty/staff, you may get voice mail. Leave your name, credit union name, and specific question and you will be contacted ASAP.

Mail

• General SCMS correspondence is sent to your main credit union address within the TCUL weekly mailing to Texas credit unions. Non-Texas credit unions receive General SCMS information according to the address on the feedback grid.
• Always include sufficient return postage on project submissions (Do not use dated meter postage).
• Savvy students provide 6-8 Express Shipment vouchers with their first submission.

Overnight Mail

• Always send to a physical street address.
• Do not require acceptance signature.

Fax

• Be sure the cover sheet lists the person and phone extension to whom the Fax is being sent.
• Do not fax project submissions without prior approval.

E-mail

• Use judiciously. This medium is for brief Q&A or submissions, not pages and pages of copy.
• Do not send project submissions by E-mail without prior approval.
