Mark Elliott has 30 years of
experience in management consulting domestically and internationally, having
worked with hundreds of companies in a broad range of industries on issues
involving leadership assessment and development, executive recruitment,
organization development, and the onboarding of newly placed leaders. His
experience includes more than 20 years of consulting with credit union boards
and senior leadership teams.
Mark’s insights on leadership have
been featured in articles for credit union publications and he has been a frequent
speaker at numerous national and regional credit union conferences. He serves
on a number of civic and corporate boards. In the credit union industry he
served on the board of Callahan & Associates.
Recently Mark led the development of
the PowerStart Onboarding process and the online Onboarding University, which
provide coaching support and leadership development for newly placed Credit
Union leaders.
Previously,
Mark held a senior executive position with Monster.com’s Executive Search
Division.Prior to that he was a partner
with the executive search firms, LAI Worldwide, and Heidrick & Struggles. And earlier, he was president of a subsidiary of international
leadership development company, DDI. Mark began his career in human resources
management with General Electric.
Mark is a certified
executive coach. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration
from the Ohio State University and pursued graduate studies in Organizational
Development at the University of Massachusetts.
