Sandy has been the CEO of Texas Federal Credit Union for over 20 years. She served for four years on the Federal Reserve Bank Advisory Board to Financial

Institutions and for four years as Treasurer of the Texas Credit Union Foundation.

Sandy graduated from SCMS in 1984 AND 2004 (with honors). In 2004 she was class president.

She has also served as president of the SCMS Alumni Association and was elected Alumnus of the Year in 2000.

Sandy is a past president of the Dallas Chapter of Credit Unions and presently serves as a director on the TCUL and Credit Union Resources, Inc. boards of directors.

A graduate of the University of Texas, Sandy holds a B.A. in education and a

Texas State Teaching Certificate. She also holds a Master’s degree in management. With over 35 years of financial and credit union experience, she is presently pursuing a Ph.D. in management.
