Tina K. Hall, President & Chief Catalyst, Kirsi Consultancy, strengthens teams through experiential learning, fierce conversations, and excessive use of the word 'awesome'. She has been an advocate for the credit union movement for 14 years. In 2011, Tina was recognized in Training magazine as one of 40 Top Young Trainers nationwide. Living her passions, She has certified as a Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE) both locally and internationally, and graduated from Western CUNA Management School with High Honors. In 2005, Tina was honored to be the only American (1 of 5 international recipients) by the World Council of Credit Unions with the Young Credit Union Professional Award. She has also earned Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and is certified as a mediator and in coaching fundamentals. And the list goes on. Tina is currently pursuing her MBA/JD.
