SCMS Friend, Denise Wymore, highlights Summer 2009 Class Session where twitter was used to expand SCMSiCamp experience. Lesson learned – If your credit union is headed into a brainstorming session, why not set aside 30 minutes and invite key peers, suppliers, friends to join the session via twitter. The SCMS term for this is iproxy – kind of like proxy voting, iproxy is present through social media.
