Kloiber is a native Oklahoman, born in Tulsa and raised in Oklahoma City.  He has resided in South Oklahoma City for over 60 years.  Education includes a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s of Business Administration Degree, both from the University of Central Oklahoma, Edmond.

He has 37 years of financial industry work experience, with the last 27+ years at Tinker Federal Credit Union (TFCU).  Kloiber presently serves as President/CEO for the past 20 years. Previous positions include Senior Vice President/Chief Operations Officer and Vice President of Operations.

As President/CEO, he is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the credit union. He is charged with working closely with the Volunteer Board of Directors and highly skilled Senior Management Team to insure TFCU offers both efficient electronic and personal services to their membership.

TFCU is a financial cooperative operating under the philosophy, “Not for Profit but for Service” to its owner/members. The Mission Statement reads “TFCU exists to help our Members achieve their Goals and realize their Dreams”.

The membership includes the civilian and military personnel (both Air Force and Navy) at Tinker AFB and Vance AFB.  In addition, the credit union’s field of membership includes over 750 Select Employee Groups (businesses) in the Oklahoma City and surrounding area.

TFCU has assets of over $3.4 Billion, with nearly 313,000 members. It is the largest credit union in Oklahoma, and ranks 42nd in size of the nearly 6,400 credit unions in the United States.
