All Class of 2018 and 2019 Students

  • Mid-Year Class Schedule 
    • Class of 2018 - See additional information below.
    • Class of 2019 - Bring your working outline. John will be available to review it on site.
  • Location - DoubleTree by Hilton Dallas Near the Galleria.
    Make your sleeping room reservation before February 24 to get the group rate of $125.

  • Bring a copy of your core manual to counseling & classes.
  • Dress is casual - temperatures vary (Hint: Dress in layers).
  • Let Lori know if you have any dietary needs or other special needs.
  • Watch for communications from your class officers for any information about possible class meetings.

Additional Information for SCMS Class of 2018

  • See the schedule links below for both of your pre-assigned (required) appointments. Once you arrive at the hotel, please check in at the registration area. Appointments may change on site.
  • Send your credit union's December 31, 2017 NCUA 5300 Call Report and a copy of your Project Outline via regular mail or email to ALM Resources no later than February 23 to allow time to produce a year-end KRR (Key Ratio Report) for use during your Financial Management counseling session.  If you do not have access to your Call Report, contact your CEO, CFO, or Accounting Manager to get a copy.
  • Bring with you to your Financial Management Counseling and Projection Sessions:
    • Any completed work or ideas specific to the development of the Financial Management SI as well as a copy of the project outline. 
    • Your credit union’s December 31, 2017 Call Report.
    • Your log in and password to access the Projections program in Cornerstone Credit Union League’s Citrix Sharefile Portal at (as provided by ALM in class last summer).  Let Vicki know if you have any challenges with accessing Sharefile.
    • A calculator able to carry numbers out four decimal points.
    • You are welcome to bring your own laptop, but laptops will be available for use in the Projections counseling session.
