Jason L. Saving is a communications and outreach senior economist and advisor at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. Saving joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas in 1996, following a one-year post-doctoral fellowship at George Mason University's Center for Study of Public Choice. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in mathematical economic analysis from Rice University and a Master of Arts and doctorate in economics from the California Institute of Technology. Saving is the author of articles that explore tax reform, regional migration, and the interplay between polarization and fiscal policy. His articles have appeared in publications such as Economic Inquiry, Southern Economic Journal, and the National Tax Journal.
